-The Founder's Heart-

My heart is this:

Being brought in my travels to Mississippi where a camp for the disabled loves; to Ecuador where various mission works diligently to let dirty faces and oppressed peoples know of the love God has for them; to people here and people there around all the country where a hand, smile, and embrace are vessels used not only to comfort but transform and bring relief to the soul, and so a smile in their heart, upturned upon their face... as I have so been led, continually my heart breaks that these may know what is the deep and amazing love which has been poured out for them and Who waits to lavish Itself endlessly in their lives.

Among my own journey from, to, and by faith, as the soul within me, my person; mind, body, and spirit, has experienced and so continues to, the overwhelming weight of sin defeated, crushed and truly overcome by the overbearing power of Divine love and acceptance that always forgives and pursues... never abandons; ...as jealousy, depression, shame, guilt, and fear are all dispelled by an inexpressible force within, tear filled joy and explicit reverence overtake me and cry out to be shared in fellowship!

Yes, as the sobering victory of Christ bought for us by His stripes, His sacrifice and resurrection becomes more than words in a book, but living reality in my own life, what else is there to do but let it be shared?  God has called me to give Him everything that even one may experience this mercy and grace and find victory in the Kingdom of Heaven.

My heart is this:  To proclaim the gospel of Christ to all, that He may then take over, break, overwhelm, and restore hearts by His power to reconcile such to fellowship with God.  My heart is to surrender to Jesus that through my word and action, by faith, the message displayed may always be, "At the feet of Jesus, there is no worry, for He has won... it is finished.  Rest my friend, in Him."
